-- Problem: Wooter was started because as big-time sports lovers, we had a poor experience in the sports leagues that we played in. There were no stats or content to look over after the games. Instead of gorgeous uniforms, every player had cheap t-shirts. Lastly, we knew how tough and expensive it was to run a sports league.
-- Solution: As entrepreneurs, our team realized that we can build a better experience. Everything we've built was originally made for us to bring out the full potential of playing in our leagues. Now we're sharing our apps and software with the rest of the world. Once you play in a league that uses Wooter, you will never play anywhere else!
-- Name: Wooter comes from the word "Woo" which is an interjection similar to "YAYE!" or "Woohoo!" used to express joy or excitement, usually about some kind of achievement. Sports is all about bringing people together and celebrating big accomplishments such as winning championships. A Wooter is an athlete that overcomes and achieves greatness!
